In-Store

 

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for eligible products returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

 

In order to be eligible for exchange or credit note, garments must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn and with all tags attached.

 

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of intimate garments (panties, thongs, shapewear, etc.) nor any lingerie set including these items if the item has been tried on or worn.

 

ALL sale merchandise is final sale and no returns will be accepted. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any item for exchange or provide store credit if the item(s) does not meet our policy guidelines. 

 

Returns must be accompanied by original receipt.
